Cancellations Policy 

 Important info regarding cancellations 

If our fishing charter is cancelled due to bad weather, safety issues or insufficient numbers you will be offered a berth on the next charter out or you will receive a refund.

If you decide to cancel your pre-existing booking for any reason and give 48 or more hours notice we will refund your payment less a 20% cancellation charge. If you give us less than 48 hours notice but at least 24 hours notice we will refund your payment less a 50% cancellation charge.

There are no refunds for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of charter departure date or charters purchased but not utilised.

If you are entitled to a refund it will be paid in the same manner we received the original booking payment. For example, if  you paid by credit card we will process a credit back to your card. If you paid us in cash we will refund in cash. If you paid by cheque we will provide you with a refund cheque provided your cheque has cleared. If you paid us via a booking agent we will process your refund back through the same booking agent.
